The independent research and report conducted by Bournemouth University gained a response rate of 35.6% with 37 organisations taking part.
Analysis shows "a strong and positive statement about Grapevine's customer service" and heartening factors about the choice of Grapevine as a supplier being down to the customer service and account management received, and the company's cost competitiveness closely behind.
