I wish to cancel my phone or move my number to another provider, how do I do this?

Please put your request in writing to the address on the top of recent bill or contact the telephone number on your bill for further information. If you are with Vodafone you can call 191 (or 08700 700191 from a landline) from your mobile to speak to customer services.
