Voicemail - Mine is not working, how do I switch on/off?
If your voicemail is not working try switching it off and back on.
To switch voicemail off - dial 1210
To switch voicemail on - dial 1211
To listen to voicemail or change voicemail settings, including Voicemail notification and your personal greeting - dial 121 and select message settings
If you still have problems with your voicemail please call customer services on 191 from your mobile.
