How do I set up/cancel diverts to another number?

In order to divert or forward calls from your mobile to another number follow the prompts in your handset's menu, often under "settings". On a BlackBerry go to Call Log on your home screen -> click Menu button -> Options  -> Call forwarding (wait a while) -> highlight desired type of call forwarding senario -> click menu button and select Change Number.

Alternatively you can type the following into your phone - **21* then the number you wish to divert to in international format, followed by #. ie **21*+441202xxxxxx#. Then press SEND.

 

In order to cancel this divert dial ##21# SEND.

In order to check the status of the divert at any time dial *#21#.

There is no charge for setting up diverts. Diverted calls are charger at the appropriate call rate for the duration of the forwarded call according to the customer's price plan.
