Outlook Mobile® from Vodafone
If you use a Microsoft® Exchange server, Outlook Mobile software will send e-mails straight to the device. Calendar and contacts are right there too, making it easy to send and accept invitations on the move.
There is also access to the company network through this option, with the ability to edit files in mobile versions of Word, Excel® and PowerPoint®.
This option does not require the need for additional infrastructure as it utilises the exisiting e-mail server. Added to the security and familiar Microsoft environment, this is a simple way, cost-effective option to maximise productivity.
