Two members of the corporate sales team at Grapevine are celebrating the completion of Nokia's prestigious 'Graduate Programme'. Ed Shaw and James Spinks successfully passed the advanced corporate training over the course of three intensive sessions.
The qualification, established by one of the key organisations in the mobile industry, was designed for experienced employees working within larger corporate and multi-media markets. Grapevine's representatives had to demonstrate their awareness, knowledge and skills in areas including email solutions on Nokia handsets and the latest devices designed for business use.
Grapevine's James Spinks was delighted with his award: "It is most pleasing to achieve the 'graduate' standard. Nokia are recognised globally, and the devices they produce for businesses are constantly developing. Thus I now have increased knowledge at my disposal when presenting the latest solutions to our customers."
James's colleague, Ed Shaw, added: "In addition to increased awareness, this course allowed me to demonstrate how the technology can be integrated into back-office IT systems. Perhaps most importantly, an element of the qualification tested how we can offer further support and assistance to customers using Nokia devices in their businesses."
Grapevine's Managing Director, Brian Vockins, praised the achievements of his team: "By graduating from Nokia's programme, the skills of our representatives places Grapevine at the cutting edge when highlighting the benefits of mobile communications to local businesses." |
