Kall Kwik had a need for mobile communications between a number of colleagues.
It was important to make sure that they were in touch with each other, as well as their customers and suppliers.
Objective:
Grapevine were asked to look at Kall Kwik Bristol's mobile phone requirements.
The company were dealing with a number of networks and experiencing problems with the service and invoicing procedures.
The solution:
Grapevine began by undertaking a comprehensive tariff analysis.
This revealed that it was suitable for all of Kall Kwik's mobiles to be brought onto one account that would be easier to manage.
By taking on Vodafone's Sharetime 1250 tariff, it enabled Kall Kwik to make free calls between the phones on their account.
This freed up the inclusive minutes so they could be used cross-network with customers, suppliers and other business contacts.
Kall Kwik chose popular Nokia business phones for their handsets, along with a BlackBerry 7290 for real-time email access.
