Aim
Already utilising Grapevine for a number of years but with usage staggered across individual contracts, Moss of Bath wished to consolidate on to one easily managed business account.
As specialists in providing and hanging the latest flat screen televisions, along with designing home-cinema systems, Moss is a true example of a 'mobile' organisation working throughout the region. Moss required their package to effectively link their team of directors, installations staff and vehicles, plus their display and service centres. |
Specifics of the solution
Whilst advising on the latest devices most suited to their needs - Nokia 6234s and Samsung U600s - and Bluetooth headsets for hands-free use in vehicles, the regular tariff analysis conducted by the Grapevine team suggested a single company contract on the recently launched Vodafone Small Business Price Plans could make considerable cost savings. |

Implementation
Taking on Grapevine's recommendation and consolidating their mobiles on to a two-year Vodafone Small Business tariff, Moss of Bath are in line for anticipated annual savings of over £1000. This is a result of the free calls that are now being made: o between all the mobiles on the company's account, o from company mobiles back to office landlines and extensions, and o to all UK landlines.
