Grapevine's two year programme for those of graduate calibre is different from those that you may come across. We are a small-medium enterprise, so the role will be hands-on straight away with real responsibility as part of the team. Do not fear - you will not be thrown in the deep end. The day to day experience will be matched by mentoring and a comprehensive 12 month training programme that will provide all the tools to become a fully trained sales professional 'out on the road'. This will be based on courses from the leading players in the mobile industry including Vodafone, Nokia & BlackBerry, with regular modules on sales techniques taken with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and in-house mentoring. You will also be encouraged to study for professional sales qualifications, and if there are any areas of your personal development that you wish to enhance then simply ask. You will need to match this with the personality, qualities and drive to suggest that you will become the knowledgeable, proactive and results driven sales professional who will benefit Grapevine with long term commitment. Grapevine is a sales orientated company, but this is ethically led and based on building relationships with business customers.
