Paul took on a permanent role at Grapevine in 2006 after completing a 2 year project at the company as part of a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Bournemouth University.
The project strategically reviewed Grapevine's marketing and implemented a clearer direction that Paul now manages.
Paul completed an MBA in 2002 and a professional postgraduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2006.
A keen competitor and follower of sport, Paul is pictured catching one of the Euro 2004 fixtures in Portugal.
